Asean Waste to Energy Week 2024
On March 14th -16th, GDE was invited to participate in the Asean Waste to Energy Week 2024. This exhibition is one of the most influential professional events in Southeast Asia and the entire Asia-Pacific region. At the exhibition, GDE focused on demonstrating its long history and technology accumulation in the waste-to-energy and environmental protection industries, and conducted in-depth discussions with the guests on the current status and needs of municipal solid waste disposal in ASEAN countries, industry advanced technologies, future development directions and other topics.
After the conference, GDE representatives and other participants went to visit Everbright International Can Tho Waste Power Plant designed by GDE. The project was completed and put into operation in November 2018. It is the first modern and regular waste incineration power generation project built in Vietnam, one of the benchmark projects in the environmental protection industry in Southeast Asia, and an important practice of green “the Belt and Road” China Vietnam practical cooperation. CCTV’s “the Belt and Road” was specially reported, which attracted wide attention at home and abroad.
Waste Management&Waste to Energy Asia Summit 2024
